In-App Account Deletion

You can now delete your account directly from the app:

• Go to Profile Drawer > Settings > Delete Account
• Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion

Email-Based Deletion Request

Alternatively, you can request the deletion of your account by emailing us at: [email protected]

Include the following information in your email:

• The email address or username associated with your account
• A clear request to delete your data

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request, to protect against unauthorised access.

Data Retention Period

Once your deletion request is confirmed:

• Your account and related data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
• During this 30-day period, your account will remain inactive. You may contact us to cancel the deletion if it was requested in error.
• After 30 days, all personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.
